  • Family holidays for the children and staff in the home.
  • Facilitation of family contact both supervised and unsupervised.
  • Safety plans that promote time with friends and time away from the home (where appropriate).
  • Positive working relationships with social workers who will remain the case holder for the young person.
  • A robust grumble and complaints system.
  • Staff who, alongside the Local Authorities’ education teams, will support and advocate for the children and young people to enable them to access the most appropriate education provision to meet their individual needs.
  • Homes that have a maximum of 2 young people living in them in order to provide the most effective care packages for them as individuals.
  • Staff members who have been subject to DBS checks and through safer recruitment procedures.

Our Homes

All our homes are located in suburban community areas where young people can live in a stable environment. Our homes are exceptionally furnished and homely. Each young person has their own room which they are supported to personalise and make their own. As part of our model, we believe that no more than two young people should be placed together at any one time and that they should be cared for by a minimum of two adults, this enables us to create and deliver personalised care packages that meet the individual needs of each child.

The homes are furnished and equipped to meet the needs of the individual young people who reside there at any one time, this ranges from play equipment and soft furnishings to music rooms and gaming spaces.
